Refund and cancellation

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

Same-day cancellations, address changes, or order edits are accepted until 7 AM for lunch and 10:30 AM for dinner offline, for online its a day prior 12 midnight .

Requests after these times will not be accommodated and will be charged.

Prior-day intimation is always appreciated.

Simply message: "Date" & "Lunch/Dinner" along with the changes.

You can message us anytime, even at midnight, and we’ll check, react, and confirm once seen.

If your lunch hasn’t arrived by 1:15 PM or dinner by 8 PM, feel free to ping us on WhatsApp—our team actively monitors and will update you on the status.

Refund Policy

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.Only for monthly subscriptions or incase of out of service area.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.Within 20-25 days
